Jill Motew, founder of Zemas Madhouse Foods, always fed her athletic family healthy foods to fuel their activities, but became more aware of the lack of clean, simple and wholesome treats and snacks after four of her five children were diagnosed with ADHD. In search of clean ingredients and meaningful calories, Motew launched her line of gluten-free baking mixes in 2010.
